Chicago Shakespeare Theater brings art to life with Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Sunday in the Park With George. Broadway's Jason Danieley (The Full Monty, Candide) stars as French Post-Impressionist Georges Seurat in the first act and as Seurat's American great-grandson George in the second act. Both are painters struggling to find balance and meaning in their art and lives. Carmen Cusack plays Seurat's lover Dot, then Marie — George's grandmother — in Act Two. Gary Griffin directs the production at CST's Courtyard Theater on Navy Pier. For more on the show click here.
