Playbill recently caught a special press preview of the new jukebox musical Baby It's You! at New York City's Hard Rock Café. Featuring music from The Shirelles ("Sixteen Candles," "Mama Said," "Dedicated to the One I Love") and other classic 1960s artists ("Shout" and "Duke of Earl"), Baby It's You! tells the story of Florence Greenberg, (played by Tony winner Beth Leavel) an otherwise normal housewife who became the first female music industry powerhouse.
