William Shakespeare is widely regarded as the greatest playwright in history. His eloquent, elegant and witty prose is often credited for adding new words and phrases to the English language, or at least popularizing their usage. On Stage Across America met up with author Jillian Hofer whose mission it is to bring the language of Shakespeare to the masses. Her new book takes a slightly unusual approach, however — "Thou Spleeny Swag-Bellied Miscreant: Create Your Own Shakespearean Insults" allows the reader to flip through three columns of random words to assemble dire (and hilarious) insults. Buyer and Cellar's Barret Foa was on hand to demonstrate. Beggarly bacon-fed bloodsuckers everywhere rejoice!
