Synopsis

Gip Hoppe presents the story of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in broad, cartoonish strokes in this satire on the American public's obsession with semi-royal celebrity.

Jackie: An American Life played at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston, Summer 1996, was produced by the Cambridge Theatre Company at the Hasty Pudding Theatre in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1992 and was originally developed at the Academy Playhouse in Orleans, Massachusetts in 1991.
