Synopsis

An evening of two plays, including Noel Huston's one-act According to Law and Patti Spears' two-act A Strange Play.

According to Law depicts the concerted effort in a Southern courtroom to send a black man to the electric chair for a crime he did not commit. In A Strange Play, a playwright suffering from writers' block is unsure whether or not he should use his knowledge of his friend's wife's infidelity as material for a play — or if he should tell his friend about the infidelity.
