Synopsis
A young Italian soldier has a passionate affair with a beautiful, married woman, until a transfer to a remote outpost causes him to meet a sickly, unattractive but devoted woman. Her love leads him to rethink the nature of passion, in Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's musical adaptation of the film Passione d'Amore.
