EXCLUSIVE: Broadway Backwards Features All-Male "Cell Block Tango," Tituss Burgess Sings From Dreamg

On March 10, the tenth annual Broadway Backwards brought some of Broadway's brightest stars to the stage of the Al Hirschfeld Theatre to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and New York City's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. This evening of song — in which women sing roles originally written for men, and vice versa — featured an all-male "Cell Block Tango" from Chicago, "Let It Go" by hunky classical-meets-pop string quartet Well-Strung, Tituss Burgess singing from Dreamgirls and more.
