Playbill values your interest in the theatre community, both online and offline, and assures you that your privacy is a priority to us. The PlaybillVault web site adheres to a strict policy for ensuring the privacy of your personally identifiable information (such as full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and/or other identifiable information) and preserving the integrity of this online medium.


When you visit our sites, our web server automatically recognizes only your domain name, IP address, what browser, operating system and screen size you are using. We use this information in aggregate form to analyze how traffic flows at, but no one can contact or identify you from this information.


Playbill places several industry-standard "cookie" files on your computer to more accurately count the number of visitors and track activity on our websites. These cookies are totally anonymous and do not store any personal information about individual users. These cookies are not used to track users.


Playbill does not knowingly collect personal information from any children under 13. If we discover that we have collected any personally-identifying information from a child under the age of 13, we will remove that information from our database as soon as possible. Any portion of intended for children under 13 will not request any personal information.

PlaybillVault is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other sites or how they treat information about their users. Playbill will never use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice without notifying users. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site, attempt to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
